HOW DID TOBIO COME ABOUT?

There is something of a consensus between FUNCTIONAL MEDICINES and ORGANIC HACKERS:

TOBIO was born out of a passion to create a common denominator between doctrine and enjoyment.

It all started with my own desire to adapt my favorite dishes to these doctrines.

There were alreadygood sources of animal-based ingredients, but what I was missing were:

PIZZA
PASTA
CAKE
STRUDEL
...

...PASTE!

And so I began to experiment with the means at my disposal:

The first attempts at bread (what it should have been) had nothing to do with the "original" in terms of appearance, let alone taste.

But I persevered and over the course of four years I optimized the raw materials and baking technique.

Today, baked goods made from TOBIO baking mixes win gold medals at international bread competitions.
