WHAT CAN I DO IF I CAN'T FIND SHEEP'S BUTTER IN THE SUPERMARKET?

It is often not easy to obtain the ingredients used in our recipes. Nor is it absolutely necessary. We always design our recipes to the best of our knowledge and belief at the time. But that doesn't mean there aren't easier options.

Don't have a source of dairy products from grass-fed sheep yet? No problem, we can show you alternatives. Quail eggs are too expensive for you? Then use organic eggs from "meadow chickens".

ALTERNATIVELY , you can also experiment with millet flour, coconut flour or other lectin-free flours, depending on the application.
