BEFORE YOU HEAL SOMEONE, ASK THEM IF THEY ARE READY TO GIVE UP,
WHAT MAKES HIM SICK
- HIPPOCRATES

IT'S MORE IMPORTANT WHAT YOU DON'T DO THAN WHAT YOU DO.
"What's wrong with you?"
When someone is ill, people often ask what is wrong with them. It is often "too much" of something that makes us ill and/or prevents us from healing. For example, the "hip" burnout: too much stress.
Or another example: we have pulled in a tooth (Austrian: "Schiefern") and it is festering under the skin. An inflammation develops.
In these cases, everyone knows what to do:
Take something away.
Be it the stress or the "slate".
QUESTIONS
For which questioning of dogmas does one end up at the "stake" today, which will perhaps be the new truth in 100 years (or earlier)?
CONFLICT. POTENTIAL.
Different truths are the starting point for small and large conflicts.
Inside and outside: Because, viewed individually in the respective "truth space", everyone is right. Or no one.

In medicine, these "pathogens" are called
NOXE
These include, among others:
- Pathogenic germs such as viruses, bacteria, protozoa, fungi...
- Environmental toxins such as heavy metals or chemicals
- Drugs, medication
- Stress or loneliness
- Radiation, temperature extremes
- Mechanical overload (trauma)
- and and and...

THE NOXIOUS SUBSTANCES ARE NOT ALWAYS CLEARLY RECOGNIZABLE.
It can happen that it is not so obvious what is making you ill. But imagine that almost every meal you eat contains something that triggers a reaction in the immune system.
The consequences of this could be that, in the long term, this would unnecessarily use up resources in the body that would eventually be lacking elsewhere.
Or it could be that this immune reaction is also directed against the body's own tissue.
This is called "autoimmunity".
One of these noxious substances could be lectins , for example, which sneak into your body with every meal. Or it could be certain fatty acids. Or it could have something to do with carbohydrate metabolism . Or it could be mental toxins. Or it's something else entirely.
In medicine, the resulting clinical pictures are treated with what is known as "disease management". In other words, managing the symptoms.
It is not always easy to find the noxious agents, but if you succeed, you have the chance of a real cure.
