Make your own sugar-free lemon honey bears
Fruity, refreshing, lectin-free and with no added sugar: These homemade lemon honey bears are the perfect alternative to conventional gummy bears. With just three ingredients, you can whip up little treats in no time that are not only delicious but also much more conscious.
The gelatin they contain is particularly interesting. It provides valuable amino acids such as glycine, proline and hydroxyproline – important building blocks for the body. Glycine is needed, among other things, for the formation of collagen, connective tissue, skin, cartilage, joints and bones. Glycine also plays a role in regeneration, sleep quality, the nervous system and detoxification processes in the liver. Collagen is the most common structural protein in the human body and is important for stable joints, elastic skin, and strong tendons and ligaments.
These small lemon honey bears are therefore not only delicious but also a clever addition to a conscious, lectin-free diet.
Ideal as a snack between meals, for children or as a homemade gift.
