Every major change begins with a personal question. For us, it was the question: "Why don't we feel the way we should despite eating a 'healthy' diet?"

Tobias Stumpfl struggled for years with chronic ailments for which there were no easy answers. Despite countless approaches, a breakthrough remained elusive – until we discovered the biochemical effects of lectins. Within a very short time, everything changed. What began as personal liberation from his symptoms blossomed into a profound passion.

The true birth of TOBIO stemmed from our own pure longing: After our lifestyle change, we simply didn't want to give up bread and pasta. So we started experimenting in our kitchen. We mixed, baked, and discarded – until we finally had a result that not only looked and smelled like real bread, but also tasted exactly like it.

When our house guests tasted it and enthusiastically asked for the flour mixes, we realized we'd struck a chord. Soon, acquaintances of friends contacted us, also wanting genuine enjoyment without lectins. That's when we knew: we had to do it right. We've compiled everything – from clear instructions to perfectly balanced ingredients – to make it easy and enjoyable for everyone to begin a lectin-free diet.
