How do I bake with TOBIO baking mixes?
Basically, it's just like you're used to: baking mix, water, yeast, salt. However, you need slightly less of each ingredient compared to grain flour. For example, a simple yeast dough consists of 500g of light organic baking mix, 800ml of water, and one packet of dry yeast.

All TOBIO products come from organic farming and mostly from small, family-run farms that we select ourselves and know well.
Are TOBIO products compatible with the AIP protocol?
